Raspberry Suite color challenge #9

Here is my take on Dawn's raspberry suite color challenge #9. This one was so hard for me because of the "grass green" (new leaf). I really have trouble with this particular color. I decided to take the minimalist approach and use the cream color as my main color and the new leaf and black as my accents. Sorry for the bad picture.... my camera is on the blink and it took me over an hour just to get a decent picture. I guess I will be in the camera shopping business sooner than later. I will try again in the morning and see if I have better luck.

I used vintage cream card stock and ran it thru my cuttlebug with the damask embossing folder. I stamped the main image in new leaf and cut it out with the petite oval nesties and matted the image with black cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in true black, punched out and matted on a black punch oval. The ribbon is the new leaf bitty dots from papertrey ink as is the button slide. I added pearls to the center of the little flowers to give it a little pop.

I'm off to go investigate the camera options...

Thanks for looking and have a great day!!

Lisa
