Cps130 goes shabby chic

Happy Friday!!! I am looking forward to the weekend.... I get to go to the "big city" for some new supplies and I am so excited. I am going to Michael's and Craft Warehouse for new paper, punches and I really want a corner chomper... I'm tired of wearing out those little corner punches. Does anyone have a corner chomper and do you like it??? I'm sure there will be some things not on my list that I won't be able to pass up. And of course I will "need" to go to the mall! I don't get to go shopping very often so I like to make the most of it!!
I made this card for the cps sketch #130 and it has a real shabby chic feel to it. I used a few scraps for this one along with the flower images from the everyday button bits set ( I know....again!!). I will put all the supplies at the bottom of the post to save time. I really appreciate each one of you who take the time to stop by. I am still working on my picture taking skills and this card is a tad bit brighter than it looks. I envy those who take perfect pics and get the color right.... that is my struggle now. If you have any tips I'll be grateful!!

Thanks for looking and have a great day!!

  1. look at those button flowers! love it! thanks for using the cps sketch this week!

  2. I have the corner chomper and i love it. it is great. It goes through a ton of layers. I have yet to try chipboard and acrylic, but from the reviews I read it cranks through those like a dream. Love your card!
